01. consult
After submitting a project brief, where images of the space and/or floorplans would ideally be provided, we'll be in touch to schedule an on-site visit. Our initial consultation is a working appointment that is 60-90 minutes long where we discuss ideas, materials and determine the scope of work. Our meeting is the formation of clarity and direction for your project and guides the process for our journey together.
02. SCOPE
If the consult has demonstrated we are the right fit for each other, and you appreciate that having a designer on board will elevate your project quality (and minimise decision-making fatigue), it is time to engage.
Before the project commencement, we provide you with a detailed scope of work and an estimated amount of time required to meet your brief for approval. A 30% deposit is payable upon acceptance of the proposal.
03. CONCEPT
A digital vision board outlines the look and feel of the upcoming design work, ensuring we are on the same page for the style of the finished result. Our initial ideas are conceptualised with the support of presentation boards that communicate your project's desired direction, tone, and flow. We include proposed floor/room plans, textural statements, and material specifications to achieve your desired look and feel.
04. development
In this phase, we integrate your feedback from the concept phase to refine the look and curate a design that considers spatial arrangement and functionality. The specs and schematic designs of interior features are detailed, and we choose each fitting, finish and furnishings to form part of a whole.
05. installation
We liaise with everyone across the project to ensure a seamless installation of the design features, allowing the many details involved in integrating design to be executed in the most formulaic manner and with the least disruption. We can recommend trades to use or work with your preferred team.
There is the option to carry the process through to the styling stage, where all decorative elements are hand-picked by AG___D. ensuring a cohesive execution of the whole vision. We can add styling at any stage of the project.
